Online Cognitive Behavioural Therapy

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT for short) is an evidence based approach to treating anxiety, mood and negative thought patterns in children, adolescents and adults. It is based on the assumption that our thoughts, feelings and behaviours are all linked. Through our programs you can access 8 week interventions with a highly qualified Paediatric Psychologist (either Educational or Clinical Psychologist) for a fraction of the price which face to face sessions would cost. You get the same expert input from the comfort of your own home, accessible at a time which suits your family. Sessions are carried out with the parent and child working together with the Psychologist.
