1 Comprehensive Assessment - 3 Levels - 1 Dedicated Team

Because we believe simplicity leads to the best outcomes.

Level 1 Psychology Assessment

Social, Emotional and Regulation Assessment

For your child if:

  • You are a NEW client and need an assessment.
  • Your child is struggling socially, emotionally or is anxious or easily upset.
  • You have been told your child needs psychology, speech and language, or occupational support.
  • You think your child might be autistic, has ADHD, or you are worried about their progression (e.g. speech or learning).
  • Your child already has an assessment and you want an updated assessment of their needs for home and/or school.

This assessment will give you an indicator on neurodivergence - e.g. the possibility of your child being autistic, ADHD, dyspraxic and more.

This assessment includes a clinical report, a developmental, social, emotional and regulation profile, plus a support plan for home and school. It does not include a cognitive (IQ) or dyslexia assessment.

If you are a new assessment client (i.e. you do not have a psychology assessment completed within the last 2 years), you must begin with Level 1.

By completing Level 1, you can progress to Level 2 as appropriate.

Level 2 Team Diagnostic Assessment:

For your child if:

  • You have completed Level 1 and results show a positive indicator of neurodivergence (e.g. Autism, ADHD, Dyspraxia, and others)
  • You have already completed an initial assessment. Now you want to complete diagnostic team assessment to find out is your child autistic, ADHD, dyspraxic or do they have learning needs.

  •  You also want a detailed school and home plan for your child.

  •  You want to apply for supports, grants, a special class or school for your child.

This assessment includes a multidisciplinary team diagnostic assessment and report for autism, ADHD, dyspraxia, and a cognitive assessment, plus a support plan for home and school.

You may begin on Level 2 ONLY if you have an existing psychology assessment report available for review that was completed within the last 2 years.

We aim to complete Level 2 assessments within 3 months of your Level 1 assessment.

Level 3 Dyslexia Assessment:

For your child if:

  • You have completed Level 1 or 2, and results show a positive indicator of dyslexia (literacy needs), dysgraphia (writing needs) or dyscalculia (maths needs).
  • Your child has reading, writing or maths difficulties - you are wondering are they dyelexic, dyscalcalic or dysgraphic.

  •  You want a detailed educational psychology assessment report with learning recommendations.

This assessment includes an educational psychology assessment and report for dyslexia (literacy needs), dyscalculia (maths needs) and dysgraphia (writing needs), plus a support plan for home and school.

You may begin on Level 3 ONLY if you have an existing psychology assessment report available for review that was completed within the last 2 years.
